I have been self-employed for over three years now, and I make a decent living.
In truth, I spent most of my time trying out different online business ventures. Especially in the first 18 months, I dipped my toes into almost everything.
My approach was straightforward: the more side hustles you try, the higher the likelihood that one will take off. The road was long and arduous, but in the end, I was right.
I invested a significant amount of time and resources into ten different side hustles. Seven of those make up my income today.
To be clear, making serious money from a side hustle is challenging, and some ventures work better for certain people. It’s all about finding a suitable route for yourself and committing the necessary resources.

All of the following activities started as side hustles. I pursued some while I was still working a corporate job. Others only came to my attention as a freelancer.

Blogging has been my most profitable side hustle in the last seven years. I started blogging while working a 9–5, and the first years were unsuccessful.
After learning SEO, taking multiple courses, and building several well-planned niche blogs, however, I started to make a full-time income.
The thing with blogging is that you need to be on top of your game to make money these days.
There are a few simple reasons for that:
